target branch autocomplete in dialog window, common settings

Hi, This is nice plugin. we will be happy if you make some improvements

1. target branch autocomplete in dialog window
2. We have many many many projects in same gitlab and for each we need configure this plugin with same values. Some default option for whole intellij will be nice and sure if user wants, he can write own setting for actual project instead of this default
