Description

Possible regression of buefy#3170.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the documentation page of Numberinput. https://buefy.org/documentation/numberinput
2. Try to input "-0" in any Numberinput field.

Expected behavior

"-0" should be kept as is so that a user can input any number between -1 and 0; e.g., "-0.5".

Actual behavior

"-0" immediately becomes "0".
