Turtle under skins #621

Kate and I were discussing how turtle visualizers might work under the "skins" proposal. We thought it would best for the visualizer named "Turtle" to be the simpler one that is a skin over what is now the "Formula" mode for the current "Turtle", and that one would become formula-only and be renamed to something indicating its complexity, like "FormulaTurtle" or "AdvancedTurtle" or "PowerTurtle" or something.
In addition, it would be ideal if the parameter UI for the basic Turtle skin could be in the form of a table, with one column for sequence value, one for turn angle, one for step length, and one or at most two for style (color/width, those sorts of things).
