Originally requested as part of a new OG1 term here OceanGlidersCommunity/OG-format-user-manual#268

A new P01 will need to be created and mapped to the new OG1 term, associated ticket is nvs-vocabs/OG1#8

Proposed preferred label: Concentration of phycocyanin per unit volume of the water body [dissolved plus reactive particulate phase] by in-situ fluorometer
Proposed alternative label: Phycocyanin_Conc
Proposed definition: Quantity or mass of the specified analyte in a unit volume of an unfiltered sample of fresh or salt water.

This will require a new S27 term for phycocyanin.

We will create this with a matrix of 'water body [particulate >unknown phase]' as opposed to 'water body [dissolved plus reactive particulate phase]' - this should be the case for all pigments.

The term has now been loaded to P01 and will be live on the NVS from tomorrow morning:
PHYCSPP6 Concentration of phycocyanin {CAS 11016-15-2} per unit volume of the water body [particulate >unknown phase] by in-situ fluorometer
