Deleting a link in a configuration damages the OCCI extension...

Tested with OCCI platform extension.

Open both the extension and a configuration diagrams in clouddesigner.
Create 2 resources, then a link btw them in the configuration, with the kind "componentlink" (from OCCI platform extension).

Now delete the newly created link (edit/cut).

The "componentlink" definition disappears as well from the extension diagram (!)

So, deleting a link in a configuration deletes its definition in the extension.

I can't reproduce your bug, i try to do the same but i don't have this behavior with my cloud designer build (the most recent), could you precise if your component resource has specific properties and if mixins are used and what is your cloud designer build version ?

I have opened the platform extension and on a new modeling project, i had created a new platform configuration with two components and a componentlink between them, i delete with edit/cut the link but on extension there is no update with what you had.

Cloud Designer 0.1.0.201611170938 (Eclipse Neon). Linux binary version, download last week from http://www.obeo.fr/download/occiware/ . The project used is ecore/clouddesigner/org.occiware.clouddesigner.occi.platform (fresh from the Git repo). Note that William told me Mehdi had the same problem last week, but I don't know with which model (William asked Mehdi to fill an issue, but he did not).
