Cloud Designer : Lack of documentation about clouddesigner

There is no detailed documentation about how to use the cloud designer through eclipse.

Cloud_designer_tutorial was created a moment ago with great examples. Even if this document is not up-to-date it would be cool to put the document in the repository or to have a link to find it.
