Create test / training dataset for supervised learning problem #14

We need to output a bunch of "image" pairs, each sample containing

LAVD field
Labeled RCLV eddies (binary mask)

Some questions:

How many images do we need? (They need to be statistically independent). 100? 1000?
Are we going to use augmentation (rotation, translation, flipping, etc.)

Let's save the data into a single zarr store to use for model training
