<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">「二○○ 三年社群十大新聞」的票選結果，在眾人期盼中暖烘烘地出爐了。影響消費者權益的「天充文化無預警倒閉，Linuxer 訂戶後續無法收到雜誌與退款」奪下榜首，可見Linuxer停刊一事對社群所造成的廣泛影響—不論是訂戶或是作譯者。並列第二的分別為對社群具鼓舞作用的「自由軟體社群傑出優良獎」與影響社群協同合作的「Blog 本土社群開始起步」。緊接在後的「中文版 Knoppix 開發: 如 bv1a1(阿里巴巴) 與 3Anoppix」，名列第四，顯示免安裝即可使用的 Knoppix 造福不少本土的社群使用者。而「自由軟體鑄造場計畫成立」則背負著大家對國內自由軟體專案協同開發平台的期待，以些微差距，擠身第五名。</td>

<p>首先，將焦點擺在 Linux 身上。過去一年 Linux 在企業與桌面表現均優，Linux 成為中小企業應用選擇之一。隨著 Linux 核心 2.6 的推出，這會是 Linux 技術上的一大進展。幾乎所有企業核心任務，將可由 Linux 加以應付自如。</p>
