• published date -> publication date (same naming as ILCD+EPD)
• standard -> lcia method

EPD level
-> Add: Weight per functional unit so that one can convert between functional unit and kg
-> Q: What is reference year? The way we calculate with years in Sweden is by the building part, referecing to EU Level(s).
-> Q: What is verification?
-> Add: Valid until date
-> Add: Biogenic carbon
-> Add: different Types of GWP since some countries want GWP-total, GWP-GHG etc and that makes certain EPDs not speecifying the correct GWP not eligable for use.

1)

Weight per functional unit can currently be expressed in the existing conversions list on the EPD level:

But a separate bespoke attribute called:

"kg_per_declared_unit"

could be valuable to have, to explicitly ask for weight per declared unit since this is often declared also.

Verification refers to whether the EPD is third party verified according to ISO14025.
This could be implemented in a more dynamic way, similarly to ILCD+EPD if necessary.

Valid until date is already implemented, see:

"valid_until"

on the EPD level

5)

Biogenic carbon content could be beneficial to express as a new attribute similarly to OpenEPD:

kg_C_per_declared_unit

mass of elemental carbon, per declared unit, contained in the product itself. Used (among other things) to check a carbon balance.

Types of GPW (and other impact indicators) is defined by the LCIA method, currently noted in

"standard"

For EN15804+A1 it will be GWP (similar to GWP-total in +A2)
For EN15804+A2 it will be GWP-total, GWP-fossil, GWP-biogenic, GWP-luluc.
For other LCIA methods, the way GWP is assessed may also differ.

I would not create a separate field for kg_per_declared_unit, but rather keep the information in the conversion field. It is not all EPD that contains weight information and it would properly result in having many LCAx EPDs with that field empty.

5)

Could we by the same logic as above include kg_C_per_declared_unit in the conversion field?

6)

I have this week updated LCAx to handle +A2 EPDs and the GWP, GWP_FOS, GWP_BIO and GWP_LUL indicators are now included (along with other +A2 indicators)
