Deploy and redeploy Twined services with minimal code and configuration.

Overview

This epic will remove the need for an Octue team member or familiar software engineer to deploy Twined services, opening up the use of Twined to scientists out of the box.

Contents

• Create octue-twined terraform module encapsulating current terraform configs
• Manage Cloud Run service revisions and subscriptions via terraform module
• Integrate terraform plan and apply into pull request workflows
