Error with gnupg

While using oda-bot, during building stage kaniko repeatedly complaint on absence of candidate for installing gnupg. I assume, that this error comes from apt-get clean right after apt-get update && apt-get install -y git curl wget build-essential . For me, changing apt installation process just by adding gnupg worked just well:

apt-get update && apt-get install -y git curl wget build-essential gnupg &&
apt-get clean &&
...

@alexgugnin please check you use the latest image of oda-bot
