"flag" & "flag2" in "Report View" on each launch

Issue description

Every time on FreeCAD launch "Report View" opens with next output:

14:47:29  flag
14:47:29  flag2

According FreeCAD/FreeCAD#8910 (comment), issue related to Dodo WB's InitGui.py
