The value is eng,eng due to openzim/sotoki#321

While the bug needs to be fixed at scraper level, the imager service should also be more resilient to such silly metadata.

Currently the imager-service is creating one entry in its catalog per language, so that it is correctly displayed in the UI. Here we finally get two purely identical entries.
