Issue in Organization page

Describe the bug
The input does not clear out in organisation input on changing the tab from staff to doctor or to any other. While it does clear out in users, patients, and facilities inputs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'organisation'
2. Write any input under organisation
3. switch to other tab
4. See error
