Input data confused

Hello, I would like to ask about the two dicom format files in the input ct file, and why are there two binarized circles with different sizes? At present, I have a batch of raw data. I have processed the binary mask image of the atrial wall, but I still need the dicom format file image of the ct file. How should I deal with it?
