  1. Download and install Chrome Canary.
  2. Star it with command "/Applications/Google\ Chrome\ Canary.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome\ Canary --enable-blink-features=WebBluetoothScanning"
  3. Ignore the message "You are using an unsupported command-line flag: --enable-blink-features=WebBluetoothScanning. Stability and security will suffer."
  4. Open chrome://flags/
  5. Enable "Experimental Web Platform features"
  6. Paste proto.js to console.
