It depends on the model you are using.

For example the one in the example, facebook/wav2vec2-large-960h-lv60-self ?

You can simply look at the file size of the model. If you do not use any quantization it will take just as much VRAM.

So for your model, look here: https://huggingface.co/facebook/wav2vec2-large-960h-lv60-self/tree/main

So about 1.3 GB
