Feature: adding the dark/light theme toggle button & Scroll-to-top button.

I am planning to add the following features to the website:

1.Dark/Light Theme Toggle Button: Implement a button that allows users to switch between dark and light themes for the website, enhancing user experience and accessibility.

2.Scroll-to-Top Button: Add a scroll-to-top button to improve navigation, making it easier for users to return to the top of the page with a single click and the button only visible when the user scroll some amount the webpage.
