We often end up with a lot of tabs open, and this consumes energy.
The idea would be that if the user doesn't go to a tab for more than 20 minutes, a toast appears to warn that the "Example" tab will be closed in 30 seconds, and the user has 5 seconds to click "Ignore" or "Don't close".
There could also be a countdown on active tabs, and the option to disable this in the settings.
