Incorrect X (Twitter) handle for Ali Serag in documentation

I noticed that the documentation currently lists @AliSerag0 as the X (Twitter) handle for Ali Serag. However, the correct and active handle is @0xSerag.

This might confuse participants when tagging for build-in-public posts during the hackathon. Could you please update the docs to reflect the correct handle? 🙏
