I know that there was a demand several years ago for chrome to add support for accessing tab history (mostly for session manager use cases). It took google several years to finally add the API, and I wonder does this session manager happen to already support it?
If not I am willing to take a stab at implementing it. I have done a lot of research on the subject and many people want this feature (including me). It would surely be a popularity winning item as I have tried dozens of SM ext. looking for one that supported the API and none did. Perhaps there exists one but I couldnt find it.
Being able to access the history of saved tabs and restore them into individual tabs would suffice but I do wonder is it possible to actually restore a tab with its history state? I wish it to be so but I Google wouldn't want to add such a specific API. Any knowledge you may have in this area would be helpful.
Thank you for your time
