Currently, in README.md a demo recording is shared. Unfortunately, it was recorded during beta release of the project. Updating it would increase the visibility of the latest features in Enterprise RAG.

The task would consists on running current pipeline, recording the screen with scenes similar to the ones available in the video but showing the latest changes and updating the demo. The team that would be interested in this task will receive a source file to the video that was edited in Adobe After Effects.
