Website: Rewrite `Benefits of OCM` document

Description:
Develop a document outlining the key benefits of OCM, using the current "Benefits of OCM" document as a basis. The document is mainly targetting deciders and should pick up each of the five (will be six after a benefit for openess/extensibility has been added) benefits mentioned on the landing page. Each benefit should get an own anchor that acts as the target for a hyperlink on the landing page. The document COULD have more content, but MUST have an anchor for each of the existing benefits of the. landing page.

Scope:

• Start with a summary for decision-makers (management summary)
• Align the described benefits with the five (to be six) listed on the landing page
• Add OCM’s commitment to open source as a sixth benefit
• Format the benefits so they can serve as anchor points for the cards on the landing page
• Add Icons for each Benefit

Definition of Done

• Management summary is included
• Benefits are aligned with the landing page
• Sixth benefit (open source commitment) is added
• Benefits are formatted as anchor points for landing page cards
