{explaining-the-internet,app-lifetime}: Restructure sessions

After feedback from the participants (and some internal discussions) a few things should be done regarding already existent sessions:

• split Explaining the Internet

• split Application Lifetime

• if we can't come up with challenges regarding the TCP/IP stack, remove the section entirely from Explaining the Internet

And as a general idea,we should have some more hackish tools either briefly mentioned or linked inside the sessions (the ones we present are educative enough but miss that special spark). Some examples, which would make a great addition:

• sherlock
• john
• fcrackzip
• binwalk
• wireshark

The majority of these packages are already part of the Kali tools and would justify actually using this specific distro.

Create separate issues for sessions 3 and 8 so we can solve them individually via separate PRs.
