On some WSL2 machines, the docker service does not start, even if docker is installed.

I don't exactly know how to replicate this behavior. It doesn't seem that every machine suffers from this.
I am assuming that it has something to do with the docker version installed.

If this cannot be consistently replicated and cannot be debugged/fixed, I advise to close this issue.

Check if Docker Desktop is running, docker from WSL2 depends on it. Check also for the Powershell version to be at least 6.0.
