Issue on docs #84

It might be my role, but when I go to "settings", i don't see an option for "Custom Properties" - I only see "Services" and "Team & User Management". I have the roles of "Data Consumer" and "Data Steward". This documentation is confusing to me because I don't see what it's telling me that I should. I recommend an "Applies To Roles" section if it is, in fact, a role limitation. Thanks
