[Feature] When to support Pytorch 2.5 and later version?

What is the feature?

Pytorch 2.1 is already a very old version, the corresponding CUDA version is not popular for recent GPU cards and Ubuntu systems. I think it is better to upgrade the library to support Pytorch 2.5 and later version.

mmengine can run on pytorch=2.10.0.dev with just a few modifications. Maybe you can attach the error here?
