Some questions about [Migrating away from the Jaeger exporter in the Collector](https://opentelemetry.io/blog/2023/jaeger-exporter-collector-migration/)

If I install otelcol and jaeger on the same host, and jaeger's environment variable is COLLECTOR_OTLP_ENABLED=true, then ports 4317 and 4318 will conflict.
I tried changing the port number of otelcol to 14317 and 14318, and it worked normally. Is there any other solution that does not require changing the port?
