Make Graphs consistent

So far we are using different approaches to graphing stuff. The usage statistics are done with R inside a Docker container and the SNP frequencies and the Fitbit graphs are done using some JS.

@audy suggested we should unify this into a single JS approach instead of keeping it fragmented like this, which I totally agree with. Just doing the issue so we don't lose track of this.
