There has been a problem recently with data

  • check which genotypes haven't been parsed, re-enqueue
  • check whether any deleting was missed
  • check whether any other jobs should be re-enqueued
  • check for unsupported compression like gz

This isn't really suitable for non-members during mozsprint as it requires some digging in the production DB, but the 'leads' can spend some time on this during the sprint
