Instructions how to setup dnf/dnf5 to test the cnf

Hi @IsaacOscar,

I’ve been trying to test the new cnf with dnf support you contributed recently, but I haven’t been able to get it working. No matter what I try, running sudo dnf makecache always ends with the No handler specified` error.

I have followed the https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:DNF and tried to replicate the setup I see inside Docker containers. But no matter what I did I always ended with the same error. Surprisingly the dnf and dnf5 returns the same error here.

It would be really helpful to have some step-by-step instructions in the README—especially guidance on how to avoid the No handler specified error, since I couldn’t find a solution. Some kind of a step-by-step HOWTO from distrobox-enter to the sudo dnf makecache working?

Do you have libcurl-mini4 installed? Uninstall it and install libcurl4.
I've already reported this issue to the openSUSE people (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1248984)

(Note libcurl4 is also "provided" by the libcurl-mini4 package, so make sure you install the libcurl4 package and not just the libcurl4 capability).
