`available-package` command shows the latest build package not considering if its published or not

When I use the available-package command from obs_deploy I want to know which package I'm going to deploy using ansible-obs. The api endpoint we use shows the recently build package, but its not necessarily published yet. Unfortunately there seems no public endpoint available to check for published packages at this point of time. I will still create this issue to keep track of this.
