Support for changing the API base URL

When calling the openai API via a proxy (vllm) rather than directly, it is necessary to modify the base URL.
Would it be possible to support an option for changing the base URL?

Fixed in #47.
The v1 tag has been updated to point to v1.1, which includes the fix.
