Add drizzle storage adapter

It would be cool to have an drizzle storage adapter that just takes in the drizzle instance and tables

E.g.

DrizzleStorage({
  db,
  tables: {
    providers,
    tokens,
    // ...
  },
})

There's an issue that Drizzle does not yet support async iterators (drizzle-team/drizzle-orm#456), which would somewhat remove the performance merit of scan*.
