Query works, but not when creating a playlist item, it states there is an error

Advanced query search has no problem finding these files, but errors out when I try to create an item using said query in a playlist. It is linked to a problem with the custom field "Ref Code" but can happen to any custom field. Previously (e.g, 6 mo ago), these playlist items had a duration of "0:00" but still could be added and they worked. Now it's broken. I also cannot edit any playlist with these items. I get an "invalid playlist item" error. Playlist still plays fine on the radio however, so it is finding the files with the query.

Probably related: For Ref Code "RandomRadio", the code doesn't show up in the media details summary after the file is saved, despite it being coded in edit mode:

@delongtime should be fixed now, let me know if any further trouble. The media details is a separate issue which we should have fixed soon too.

None of the custom metadata fields with set values show up in details. Meta values also not visible using Advanced Search filters.
