Hello, I'm a bit new to Linux. I've installed it on my machine to test CrankShaft in KVM. The problem is I'm unable to understand the instructions, not because its unclear but my limited knowledge about Linux in general. I've installed docker after finagling with it for a while, but I hit the wall after trying to create the image by using pi-gen. The instruction are in a very high level for me and I don't understand them. Tried reading online to get a grasp of what is going on but I couldn't.
I did manage to create a disk image to import in KVM using a qemu-img convert command that I found, but it only convert to qcow not qcow2. I also knew that I'll need a kernel, but I don't know if I'm wrong.
I'd appreciate a simple language instructions, or any links to help me. Remember I'm a beginner here so don't throw big vocabulary on me, please.
