Opencloud Client only show "Preparing the account"

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter URL in opencloud desktop
2. Open Authentication in Browser or Copy Url
3. Enter credentials

Actual behavior

• After entering the credentials i only see "Preparing the account" after hours the same thing, i dont see any errors on the client.

• In keycloak i can see that the opencloud desktop try to register a new client, but its blocked by the Policy "Block Client Registration". As I understand from the documentation, this behavior is intentional. I also try to disable the Policy in Keycloak, after this i can see a new client registered und there is no error in the keycloak log, but on the client it see the same situation.

I also try a new installation of opencloud from scretch with same result

Setup

• Operating system: Mac OS 15.7.4
• Opencloud Version: 4.0.3 Stable
• Client version: 3.0.3.2073

Deployment with docker compose , external Nginx Proxy manager and Keycloak in Shared User Directory Mode
