Activating „make available offline“ doesn’t download all included files

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a space
2. Add Folders/Files to the space
3. activate „make available offline“ for the space
4. add more Folders/Files to the space

Expected behavior

I would assume that the files added to the space will be downloaded automatically the next time you connect to the server's network.

Actual behavior

Instead, the newly added files are only partially downloaded or not downloaded at all.

The problem is even more serious because the files themselves can no longer be made available offline (since this setting has already been activated for the entire space).
