mis-usage or bug? ios client no access to made available offline files when "offline"... #38

Hi all,

So, maybe it's a misunderstanding on my end, or a mis-usage.

Current iOS, current OpenCloud iOS client, OpenCloud 4.0.1 server.
In settings, I set "delete unused local copies" to after 1 year.
I then tap on the burger menu of files and folders and activate "make available offline".

The status icon of the files then becomes the cloud with checked mark.

When I then switch to airplane mode, I can still see the directory index, the file status stays the same (checked cloud), but when I try to access those files, it says: "Network unavailable" and I can't view the files.

One of my users also reports, that he keeps downloading stuff and then, when he leaves home and is outdoors, has no access to those files.

Is this expected behavior? Is there something I misconfigured (on client or server side)?

I asked the user to enable logging and will check those the next time the error occurs. I just wanted to ask here, if this is "correct", a bug, or I'm mis-using the client in some way ;-)

Thanks for the great project and any feedback to my issue ;-)

BR,

Irrwitzer
