Direct download for opencloud-desktop for Windows

it would be great if there would be the possibility to directly download the windows desktop client from github and not only from the microsoft store.
Perhaps you can provide a download for the *.Appx file on the page:
https://github.com/opencloud-eu/desktop/releases
