OT: Asking for support: Recognition of Work on Open-Source as Volunteering in Germany

Dear Opencloud Community,

Last November, I started a petition to have open-source work officially recognized as volunteering for the common good in Germany: openpetition.de/!sywhp (German Link: https://openpetition.de/opensource)

This could open the door to tax benefits for volunteers and open-source foundations.
