Provide AI-Promt Option for resources #2331
Description
User Story
As a user I want to promt on files so that I don't need to upload them manually to an ai.
User Value
- improve information retrieval
- prevent data loss
Acceptance Criteria
- Add the option "Ask AI" for any resource
- Ask AI opens the sidebar with a conversational interface to promt and the selected resource/s as context
- provide prefab promt "Summarize"
needless to say: the sultions needs to respect given access controll and must be GDPR compliant, work on-prem
