[Bug] Personal Space missing

Describe the bug

Sometimes after updating opencloud the personal space field is missing, when i then restart all pod/containers it works again. What could be the reason for that? Before and update it is working (all pods/container are running without errors)

That had been a known issue in 4.0.1 and fixed in 4.0.2
