WebDAV COPY changes modification time

When a resource is successfully copied vs WebDAV COPY, the destination resource has a current timestamp, and not the modification time of the source resource.

That is not complying to the WebDAV Spec which says:

That means, since through a COPY, the content does not change, the mod time needs also to be copied and set accordingly on the target resource.

I suspect that this behavior is breaking the integration tests for rclone in our add-vendor PR.

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy a resource using WebDAV COPY
2. Check the modification time

Expected behavior

The modification time returned by a PROPFIND on the new resource should be the same as the one of the source resource.

That makes almost all rclone integration tests pass.

We still have some errors in the PUT testsuite.
