"FilterBar": Client side filters for spaces and folders #2021

User Story
- As a user, I want to be able to filter the current folder so that I can find files easily

Acceptance Criteria
- personal space root, project space root and any folder show filters below the breadcrumbs (where we previously had the "+ New" and "Upload" buttons)
- filters are client side for the moment (= applied client side on the propfind response)
- available filters:
- Type: Resembles the same options and filtering logic as in the backend search (yes, duplicated logic)
- Modified: Resembles the same options and filtering logic as in the backend search (yes, duplicated logic)
- Search: text based filter for the current folder
- in case we already have something in the filters row (e.g. checkbox for "select all" or sorting, both in tiles view), those now have to be the first elements in the "Filter" bar.
