Example dev tasks

• In the config microservice, write an API request to the countryconfig service to retrieve the de-duplication logic - 8
• In the search microservice, write an API request to the config service to retrieve the de-duplication logic and use in the de-dupe function. - 5
• On-error, if no logic can be retrieved use the default - 3
• In the countryconfig service, create a new API endpoint to return the de-duplication logic - 3

Update deduplication algorithm

• The deduplication algorithm should be updated to flag records that have an exact Refugee ID or Attestation Number
