Certified Copies : When certificates are printed, some parts become black in the certificate PDF. #7951

Bug Description:
After printing the certificates, some parts become black.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as RA/local reg/ national reg.
  2. Navigate to ready to print workqueue.
  3. Download any record and click on 'Print'.
  4. Select any template for certificate printing.
  5. Print the certificate.
  6. Observe the certificate PDF.

Actural Result:
Some parts of certificate PDF become black after printing; looks okay in preview page.

Expected Result:
The certificate should be printed properly and the PDF of certificate shouldn't be black.
