v.23.04 - bulk_network.php unexpected error when importing a file

Hello,
I wanted to import an .xlsx file with the data for the network links, but I got an unexpected and inexplicable error. The columns in the .xlsx file are well laid out and the data well organized. I chose the right columns in the right place in the mass import, but nothing happened. No data was imported. All lines are in error.
The error log displayed isn't very comprehensible and doesn't highlight an error on my part.
