Add learner breakdown graph to Course Comparison dashboard

User Story
As a Course Admin, I want to be able to view a status breakdown of the learners in multiple courses, so that I'm able to quickly view how many of the total enrollees are active, complete, or at at-risk at a glance.

Acceptance Criteria
Given I have access to the Course Comparison dashboard
When I view the Course Comparison dashboard
Then I can easily view a bar graph that shows the number of total current enrollees, at-risk learners, passed learners, and active learners for the top (based on total current enrollees) courses (or course runs) on my instance.
And when I filter my dashboard
Then the Learner Breakdown graph courses update to show this information for the top 10 (based on total current enrollees) courses (or course runs) of the filtered courses
