Structured output e.g. JSON?

It would be nice to be able to opt in to getting machine parseable structured (e.g. JSON) output from FD (inc error codes/info).  This would for easier integration with other systems.

(I'd ideally love a RESTful API version of FD to compliment this CLI one, but realise that that's beyond the scope of this repo)
